A man was held at gunpoint Wednesday by two women wearing shower caps during a burglary on the 2300 block of Danbury Drive, according to a Columbus Police Department report.
The 58-year-old man said he was sitting on his bed watching TV at about 3:15 p.m. when two women entered the bedroom of his residence. The two women held the man at gunpoint and took $150 from his chest of drawers. Afterwards, they fled the scene in a compact black car, which the victim said was possibly a Saturn.
Both women were described as 5-foot-4-inch black women who weighed approximately 150 pounds. One was wearing a low cut blue dress, sandals, and a beige shower cap. The other was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, beige pants, black boots and a leopard print shower cap.
No arrests were made. The case remains under investigation.
