Theft at Pleasure World leads to marijuana arrest

A woman was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana Monday after she was detained for shoplifting at Pleasure World, according to Columbus Police Department reports.

Julie Suzanne Lovell, 34, was allegedly found in possession of marijuana at about 10 a.m. Monday after she was arrested for taking $136.04 worth of goods from Pleasure World, located on Veteran's Parkway.

The amount of marijuana and the items stolen were not listed in the reports.

Lovell was charged with possession of marijuana and shoplifting. She was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
