Fresh Market launches natural salad dressings

Posted on April 23, 2013

The Fresh Market releases a new line of salad dressings just in time to celebrate National Salad Month in May. The Vidalia and Dijon dressing is sure to be a hit here in Georgia where the sweet Vidalia onion is the state's vegetable.

Fans of the popular Balsamic Vinaigrette will likely enjoy the company's new Balsamic Vinaigrette with Pecorino Cheese dressing. It's suggested for any Italian salad recipe. Garlic lovers should try the Roasted Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar dressing, which combines pureed roasted garlic and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette base.

If Thai food is your favorite, check out the Curry Peanut dressing. Give your salad a tropical flavor with the sweet Mango Coconut dressing or get a fresh citrus flavor in the Poppy Seed with Meyer Lemon dressing.

Here's a salad recipe, courtesy of The Fresh Market.
