Chattahoochee Valley routs Wallace-Selma

Chattahoochee Valley got almost all of its offense from the bottom three spots in the batting order as those three accounted for 13 RBIs in a 14-4 victory over Wallace-Selma on Friday afternoon at Golden Park.

Jeff Ronpirin (3-for-4, HR) led the way withy six RBIs, while Sam Knight (4-for-5) had five, and David Levey (3-for-5) had two.

Dalton Rentz (9-1) picked up the win, going 5 2-3 innings, allowing four runs on 10 hits and three walks. He struck out four.

The Pirates (39-9, 13-9) host Wallace-Selma for a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Saturday at Golden Park.
