Man arrested for selling Schedule II drugs on Second Avenue

A man was arrested for selling drugs on Second Avenue Thursday afternoon after police received reports of the man selling in front of an apartment complex, according to a Columbus Police report.

Police arrested Trent Steele, 21, at about 4:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a man selling drugs in front of an apartment complex on the 500 block of Second Avenue. He was arrested and charged with felony possession of a Schedule II drug and abandonment of a controlled substance.

Steele was then transported to Muscogee County Jail.
