Man, 21, robbed of $20 on Trask Drive

A 21-year-old Columbus man was robbed of $20 after he was threatened with a pistol early Friday on Trask Drive, police said.

The man wasn’t injured in the robbery, which occurred about 5 a.m., police said.

The victim told police he was walking near Trask Drive and Evergreen Street when two men confronted him in the street. One showed the man a pistol before taking money from him.

Both bandits were described as black. One was 5 feet, 10 inches tall, about 21-22 years old, and weighing 165 pounds. He was wearing a brown and orange shirt, brown jeans and brown shoes.

The second robber was about 6 feet tall and weighing 175 pounds. He was wearing all black. Police said the robbery remains under investigation.
