A house on the 6700 block Playfield Drive was shot at sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, according to a Columbus Police report.

A 49-year-old resident told police Monday at about 6:40 p.m. that she found bullet holes in the west facing wall and interior wall of her residence when she woke up Monday at about 7:30 a.m. Neighbors told the resident there had been a shooting in the area around 11:45 p.m. Sunday.

The woman's 28-year-old son told police he saw a black Ford Crown Victoria driving around the area during the day. The report did not connect this suspected vehicle to a possible black Ford Crown Victoria that was seen Sunday at a shooting on Gleason Avenue at about 10:30 p.m.

Sunday night, the home was occupied by the victim's son and his two children. No injuries were reported.
