Mug: Police arrest woman walking on Third Avenue with pants pulled down

A woman was arrested and charged with public indecency Thursday evening after police found her walking around Third Avenue with her pants pulled down.

Police were patrolling the area of Third Avenue at about 6:45 p.m. when an officer noticed Angela Tatum, 51, walking in parking lot of Little Joe's Party Shop with her pants pulled down. Tatum appeared to be highly intoxicated while she was exposing herself. The officer reported that several men in the area were threatening her as she walked around the parking lot.

Tatum was arrested and charged with public indecency. She was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
