June 8: Columbus and Phenix City Chick-fil-A restaurants host Daddy-Daughter Date Night

May 29, 2013

The Chick-fil-A restaurants in Columbus and Phenix City will host a “Date Night” for fathers and daughters on Saturday, June 8 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Seatings are available every hour, and reservations are required. Make a reservation at www.daddydaughterdate.com to make a reservation.

The purpose of the event is to get fathers and daughters to spend some quality time together while they enjoy dinner, conversation and activities. Every daddy-daughter pair will receive an activity sheet with questions and topics to get the conversation started, and a take-home booklet called “Continuing the Conversation” that provides ideas for future "dates" and questions that both dads and daughters can ask each other.

“One of Chick-fil-A’s goals is to promote community connections and enrich the lives of everyone we come in contact with,” said Tracey Flowers, restaurant marketing director, in a news release. “We understand the importance of father-daughter relationships and want to encourage dads to take a break from busy schedules, enjoy their daughter’s company over a meal and have fun!” Cost will vary depending on what each dad and daughter order to eat but the evening's activities are free.
