June 8-9: Keep Columbus Beautiful hosts 2013 Tour of Gardens

The Keep Columbus Beautiful Commission is pleased to announce the 2013 Tour of Gardens June 8-9. The public garden to be featured will be the Columbus Museum’s historic Bradley Olmsted Garden. Times are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 8 and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 9.

The tour will also feature the charming private gardens of: Hal & Gina Averett, Sue Anne and Champ Baker, Cecil and Bettye Cheves, Elinor and Billy Harper, Comer and Helen Hobbs, Gigi and George McCluskey, Betsy and Al Ramsay, Sally and Brad Turner and Sam and Dusty Wellborn.

Admission is $20 each in advance or 10 tickets for $150. Tickets are $25 each on day of tour. You can find tickets at Columbus Museum, Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau, Columbus Botanical Garden, Fine & Funky, Finds & Consigns, Galleria Riverside, Keep Columbus Beautiful office, North Columbus Pharmacy, River Road Pharmacy and SpeakEasy.

Please join us during this spectacular showcase of gardens in Midtown and North Columbus. All proceeds from this major fundraiser will benefit Keep Columbus Beautiful’s mission to promote education and protection of the environment.
