Gun accidentally fired at Plato's Closet

No one was injured late Friday after a pistol accidentally discharged at Plato’s Closet in Columbus, police said.

Police said the gun fired about 7 p.m. inside the 5592 Whitesville Road business that buys and sells gently used clothing to young people. The shot caused an estimated $100 in damage at the business.

Police didn’t state how the gun discharged or how many people were inside at the time. The gun firing remains under investigation.
