Four men burgle Food Mart, Parkway Liquor Store on Moon Road

Police are searching for four suspects who allegedly broke into the Food Mart on Moon Road, according to a Columbus Police report.

An officer arrived at the store on the 7100 block of Moon Road at about 3:20 a.m. Tuesday in response to an alarm. When he arrived, he noticed the front door had been broken with a rock. The front door of The Parkway Liquor Store had also been broken.

On surveillance footage of both stores, police saw two suspects use a rock to break out the glass door to the Food Mart. Two other suspects broke out the front glass door of the liquor store. Suspects then took an unknown amount of lottery tickets, cigarettes and cash and then fled on foot toward Moon Road.

One of the suspects who broke into the Food Mart was described as a white man wearing red shorts, a black hoodie and gloves. The other was described as a black man wearing khaki shorts, a black hoodie and gloves.

The two additional suspects who broke into the liquor store were both described as black men, one wearing a grey hoodie, grey shorts and gloves. The other was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and gloves.
