June 15, 2013

The Columbus Lions are considering taking a fan bus to their season-ending game at rival Albany, Ga., on June 22.

The Lions are looking for a minimum of 50 people to make the trip.

The cost would be $40 and would include travel, a ticket to the game and drinks on the bus.

The bus would leave at 5 p.m. and would return after the game, which is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. at the Albany Civic Center.

The deadline for registration is Tuesday, June 18. Payment would be due on Wednesday. For more information, email Scott Lunato at or send a text to 706-718-8335.

Columbus is 4-7 and idle this weekend, while Albany is 6-4 and is hosting Lehigh Valley on June 15.
