A man faced disorderly conduct charges during a Recorder's Court hearing Monday after he allegedly refused to stop blocking a walkway to Dillard's at the Peachtree Mall.

Arthur Davidson, 18, faced four counts of disorderly conduct at 8 a.m. Monday after he was arrested Saturday at the Peachtree Mall.

Davidson was first approached by Peachtree Mall security when he was reported for blocking a main walkway into Dillard's. An officer told the court that when the security personnel asked Davidson to leave, he allegedly told her to "suck some part of his anatomy."

When the security officer called for help to detain Davidson and charge him with disorderly conduct, he allegedly tried to run but was unable to because his sagging pants hindered his mobility, the officer reported. While additional officers worked to detain Davidson, he continued to use profanity and threaten security personnel.

Davidson was charged with four counts of disorderly conduct because of his proximity to elderly, children and women, the officer said.

Judge Michael Cielinski set Davidson's fine at $1,500.
