In about 30 minutes, the Miss Georgia Pageant will begin and by the end of the evening, we'll know who will be Miss Georgia 2014, along with Georgia's Outstanding Teen. It's all happening in the Bill Heard Theatre in RiverCenter for the Performing Arts.

Until then, technical workers file in, making last minute checks of tonight's script, which is different from the past three nights.

WRBL-TV 3 technicians are making sure all their equipment is working to live-stream the show.

Miss Georgia board members are in the lobby, signing media in, selling souvenirs and mingling with friends.

Friends and families of contestants are also milling in the lobby, holding placards of their girls' pictures.

For the contestants, the last half hour of the show are spent backstage, making sure all their clothing, shoes, jewelry and other accessories are in their rightful places. Making sure their makeup and hair look right, spraying hair spray.

The Miss Georgia Dancers are warming up. Co-hosts are going over their scripts.

The past three nights, the contestants competed in fitness (Teens) or swimsuit (Misses), evening wear and talent. They answered onstage questions. On Monday and Tuesday, they had their individual interviews with the judges.

Tonight, the Top 10 semifinalists will be named. From those 10, the Top Five will be chosen. And then the new Miss Georgia and Georgia's Outstanding Teen will be announced.
