Local Hooters Girl Jamie Gunnels didn't advance to the top 11 in Thursday's 2013 Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant.

Gunnels, who works at the chain's Columbus restaurant, won Miss Photogenic in last year's pageant. She was one of the 60 women competing in this year's contest, which was held in Las Vegas.

The pageant's first cut revealed the top 10 contestants. An 11th semifinalist joined the group based on social media votes.

Here's Gunnels' bio that's posted on the pageant's website:

Beauty, brains and a bleeding heart. Most guys hope their girl has one of these; this Georgia peach has all three. Jamie has a degree in marketing and is Hooters 2012 Miss Photogenic. Her beauty is only surpassed by her compassion. Just ask anyone about her and the word “sweet” is bound to come up.

Marissa Raisor from Newport, Ky., won the title of Miss Hooters International 2013. Even though Gunnels didn't advance, Georgia had a victory -- a contestant from the Hiram, Ga., Hooters advanced past the first round.

The pageant aired live Thursday at Hooters restaurants, but you can with an encore presentation at 9 p.m. July 17 and 21 on Fox Speed.
