A local woman is among the 10 remaining finalists in a national fitness challenge, and she needs your help to win the top prize.

Jackie Securo of Columbus is a finalist in the 2013 R.I.P.P.E.D. 2 Fit Challenge.

The R.I.P.P.E.D. program is billed as a ""plateau proof fitness formula" workout that relies on resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet components, according to its official Facebook page.

Fan voting for the challenge is done through Facebook. You can vote here.

Voting is open through Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific time. The grand prize includes a three-day trip to California.

In her online bio for the contest, local fitness instructor Securo notes, "The dynamic nature of R.I.P.P.E.D, specifically, the resistance/power sections, completely changed my body and mind. I love the variety, and the constant body shock that R.I.P.P.E.D. provides to transform bodies on a metabolic level."

She adds, "I am thrilled with my visible results, but my inner changes are just as profound."
