Ray Coleman, 20, of Columbus was charged Monday with the trafficking of a person for labor or sexual servitude by Columbus police.

Police said Coleman is accused of pimping a juvenile girl for about three years. Coleman is scheduled to appear in Columbus Recorder’s Court Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Coleman was originally arrested and taken to the Muscogee County Jail on April 26 on an armed robbery charge. He has not been released from the jail since that charge.

In October, 2011, Coleman was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon at a bus stop on 32nd Avenue, according to an earlier Ledger-Enquirer report.
