A woman was arrested and charged with cocaine possession near 34th Avenue Tuesday after she was seen walking down the middle of the street, according to a Columbus Police report.

An officer was patrolling near the intersection of Eighth Street and 34th Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday when he saw Cynthia Collier, 54, walking down the middle of the road. Collier was carrying a white water bottle, which she later told the officer contained beer.
