Teen attempts to run over woman during dispute

An early morning stop at Jay Auto Mall became dangerous when a teenage suspect attempted to run over a woman and threatened to shoot a man, according to a Columbus Police report.

Officers are looking for Khalieb Abdul Peterson, 19, after he allegedly assaulted a 20-year-old woman at the auto store, located at 1661 Whittlesey Road. He is accused of driving a car at the woman at about 8:45 a.m., Wednesday.

Around the same time, Peterson also told a 56-year-old man that "he would kick his (expletive) and shoot him."

No description was given for Peterson, who police report lives on Swann Street. The vehicle used was also not described.
