Victory Drive man urinates on Benning Drive Post Office mailbox

Police delivered public indecency charges to a man who allegedly urinated on a mailbox at a U.S. Post Office Monday, according to a Columbus Police report.

Ramiro Hernandez, 23, was reported to authorities at about 7 p.m., by a woman at the 1435 Benning Drive branch. He was later arrested at the Georgia Motel on Victory Drive. He was then transported to Muscogee County Jail.
