Woman reports car theft at the Liberty gas station on Fort Benning Road

A woman told police her black 2004 Saturn was stolen from the Liberty gas station, 1103 Fort Benning Road, Saturday night.

According to the police report, the theft occurred around 10 p.m.

She told police that she went to the ATM machine at the business and left her car running.

She said she looked out the window and saw two black males get into her car and drive off toward Sheridan Avenue.

There was a VATS Interrogator valued at $800 in the vehicle.

Anyone with information should contact Columbus police.
