Suspects allegedly heist car, $227 near Arbor Pointe Apartments

Two alleged robbers swiped a vehicle and more than $200 in cash Sunday morning from a 23-year-old man on Grapevine Trail, according to a Columbus Police report.

The victim told police he was walking around the 3900 block of Grapevine Trail, near Arbor Pointe Apartments, at about 5:20 a.m. During that walk, two men pointed a pistol at him and demanded his car. His Louis Vuitton sunglass case, $227 and a Wells Fargo debit card were also taken.

The suspects were both described as 19-year-old to 21-year-old black men. They were also described as between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-six, and were wearing black shirts and black shorts.

No description of the vehicle allegedly taken was given.
