A man who allegedly smeared himself with his own waste while nude at an Arby's pleaded guilty to public indecency during his Recorder's Court hearing Tuesday morning.

A witness told police that 40-year-old Kenyatta Griffin was seen walking near the 3754 Victory Drive store without pants when he stopped and defecated on the sidewalk. He then allegedly spread the waste on himself and continued to the Arby's outside bathroom, where officers took him into custody at about 12:45 p.m.

The arrest was reportedly a surprise for Griffin, who allegedly told the officer he doubted he would be taken to jail.

"B----, I got sh-- on me. You are not going to put me in your patrol car," Griffin said, according to the report.

Griffin was charged with public indecency and taken to Muscogee County Jail.

During his hearing, Judge Michael Cielinski set Griffin's bond at $1,000.
