Man charged with illegal possession of Xanax near Atkins Avenue

While investigating a vehicle in a ditch near Atkins Avenue, police arrested and charged a man with an unspecified amount of Xanax, according to a Columbus Police report.

Scott Antley, 30, was arrested after police found him in his 2002 Jeep Liberty near the intersection of Atkins Avenue and Miles Street. He was charged with possession of a Schedule II drug and taken to Muscogee County Jail.
