Robber allegedly intimidates Summit gas station clerk

A robber allegedly stole an undetermined amount of money and threatened a Veterans Parkway Summit gas station clerk Sunday morning, according to a Columbus Police report.

The woman told police that a 5-foot-8 black man who weighed about 210 pounds demanded money from the store at about 8 a.m. She never saw a weapon, but was fearful that he would harm her, according to the police.

The man was reportedly in his 30s and weighed about 210 pounds. He had a dark complexion and was wearing basketball shorts and high top sneakers.
