Keeping it cool all week: Daily temperatures to hang in the 70s

If you don't like weather in the 70s, get out of town!

The Chattahoochee Valley's temperatures will hang out in the 70s for most of the week until it gets a little warmer this weekend, said Bob Jeswald, chief meteorologist for WRBL-3.

"We're getting a cool flow right now," Jeswald said. "It'll warm up again until another system moves through middle of next week."

With very little chance of rain this week, Jeswald's predicting some cloud coverage, but mostly just good weather. He expects it to get a little bit chillier by the time Halloween and trick-or-treat season arrive.

"It never fails it will be cool and chill that time of the month," he said.

Some good news for those with allergies around the area: the recent rain washed out some low air quality due to ragweed and controlled burning on Fort Benning, but the relief may not last long without much rain in the forecast.

It could be worse. You could live in Wichita, Kan., which was recently named the worst place for people with fall allergies, according to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.
