Report: Woman shoots man in the foot on 28th Street

A woman was charged with aggravated assault after she shot a 30-year-old man in the foot Tuesday afternoon, according to a Columbus Police report.

The victim told police that Ramona Hotaling, 35, shot him at about 3 p.m. in an apartment located at 334 28th Street.

She was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
