Television, laptop computer, jewelry reported taken from North Lumpkin Road apartment

Columbus police are investigating a reported burglary at an apartment on North Lumpkin Road.

Reported taken were a Samsung television, Vaio laptop computer, two gold necklaces and a gold ring with diamond clusters . The estimated value of the items is $870.

According to the police report, the crime occurred around 6 a.m. Saturday.

Entry appears to have been made through a broken window on the west side of the house. The damage is estimated at $200.

The victim's brother was asleep in the house and told police he did not hear anything.
