Auburn/Arkansas set for night kickoff, game time still undecided

AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn will have yet another night game when it travels to Fayetteville, Ark., to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks on Nov. 2.

However, the official kickoff time for the game is still up in the air. It could begin at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN2 or 7 p.m. ET on ESPN, according to the TV schedule released by the SEC on Monday. ESPN is still deciding whether it wants to take Auburn/Arkansas over Missouri/Tennessee. Whichever game airs on ESPN means the other contest will take the earlier kickoff and air on ESPN2.

But before it can worry about Arkansas, Auburn has to get through its game with Florida Atlantic first.

The 11th-ranked Tigers welcome the Owls of Conference USA into Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

Arkansas, on the other hand, has an open date this week to begin to prepare for Auburn. The Razorbacks have lost five straight games, dropping their last two contests — to South Carolina and Alabama, respectively — by a combined score of 104-7.
