Hotel guest allegedly caught with meth in room

A Hampton Inn guest was busted for meth and pill possession Wednesday, according to a Columbus police report.

Officers reported to the hotel at about 12:30 p.m.. in reference to "a person who took some pills."

Kelleigh Nielsen, 35, was arrested in her room for possession of methamphetamine and synthetic narcotics, as well as possession of drug-related objects.

The exact amounts of both drugs were not listed.

Nielsen was taken to the Muscogee County Jail.
