Motorcycle reported stolen on Main Street

Columbus police are investigating the report of a stolen motorcycle on Main Street.

According to the police report, a 23-year-old man's 2005 Honda motorcycle was taken sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.

It was taken from the parking lot in front of his apartment.

The owner told police the steering wheel was locked and that from the scrapes on the ground it appeared someone had dragged the vehicle and put it in a truck or trailer.

The motorcycle is red with black stickers.

The value of the motorcycle is estimated at $4,500.
