Knife held to man's neck at Andrews Road apartment

A 31-year-old man was held at knife point Saturday during a dispute at an apartment on Andrews Road, according to a Columbus Police report.

When police arrived at about 9 p.m. Saturday, the victim had a cut to the back of his neck. Decarlos Jones, 30, was charged with family violence aggravated assault. No details about the argument leading to the assault were provided.
