Woman choked while carrying infant in Rosemont Drive apartment

While cradling her infant, an 18-year-old woman was reportedly choked in her Rosemont Drive apartment by her 19-year-old boyfriend, according to a Columbus Police report.

Police are still on the lookout for 19-year-old Jessie Favors, who allegedly choked the woman in the living room of her residence. When police arrived, she had scratches on her face and neck.

Favors is described as a 5-foot-5 black man who weighs about 120 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a "low" hair cut. He is wanted for aggravated assault. Anyone with information should call Investigative Services at 706-653-3400.
