Valley police seek suspect in fatal shooting

Though several witnesses have been interviewed, no suspects have been named in the death of a Valley, Ala. man, who was found shot dead Sunday, according to a Valley Police Department press release.

When police arrived at a 200 block Glass Road residence at about 11 p.m., they found 43-year -old Coutland Larae Harper dead of a single shot. Harper's body was taken to Lanier Hospital, where he will await transfer to the Medical Examiner's Office in Montgomery.

No suspects have been named so far. Several witnesses were interviewed by police at the scene of he crime.
