One-vehicle crash kills Wetumpka man in Montgomery Co.

A Wetumpka man died this weekend after his pickup left the road north of Montgomery, near Anderson Road, and struck a tree, Alabama Public Safety said Tuesday.

Troopers said that the man, 25-year-old Christopher Colin Ledbetter, wasn't wearing a seat belt. The crash occurred at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday on U.S. 231.

No other vehicles were involved.
