Northside tops Spencer 49-42

The Northside girls overcame a slow third quarter to pick up a 49-42 win over Spencer on Tuesday. They were led by Taylor Jakes' 13 points in the game.

Spencer was led in the losing effort by Tatyana Griffin (17 points) and Miara Elmore (10 points). Northside faces East Coweta at Columbus State at 6 p.m. on Friday. Spencer hosts Calhoun County at 6 p.m. Friday.Tuesday at Northside
