FAIRBURN, Ga. -- Creekside stayed perfect at 12-0 and advanced to the final eight in the GHSA AAAAA playoffs Friday night as it ended Harris County's season 42-21 in Fairburn.

The Tigers stayed even through the first quarter, but any mistake by Harris County was magnified by the speed of the Seminoles.

Trailing 7-0 the Tigers drove 78-yards in 13 plays to tie the game. TaQuon Marshall was flushed out of the pocket and found Tae Crowder in the flats.

Crowder was hit by two men at the Creekside 15-yard line before breaking the tackles and streaking to the endzone.

Marshall was picked off by Jordan Hoyer who returned the interception 37-yards to the Tiger 28-yard line.

On the next play Felix Harper found Jayson Stanley for a touchdown and a 14-7 lead.

With time running out in the half the Seminoles scored to go up 21-7 when Harper hit Evan Berry on a bubble screen that Berry took for a 44-yard score.

Dexter Knox stretched the lead to 28-7 in the third quarter when he capped a 73-yard 8 play drive with a 2-yard run.

Berry set up the score with a 51-yard reception.

The Tigers scored twice in the fourth quarter but couldn't cut into the Seminole lead.

Crowder capped a 97-yard 13 play drive with his second touchdown grab from Marshall.

A 15-yard illegal participation penalty resulted in an extra-long PAT that banged off the upright, making the score 28-13.

The Tigers went 76-yards and scored on a 44-yard screen pass from Marshall to Esaias Chapman.

Crowder's reverse on the PAT pulled the Tigers to within 35-21 with 5:45 to play.

Isaac Grimes on side kick bounced off the leg of two different Seminoles before Creekside was able to retain possession.

Two plays later Knox caught a middle screen from Harper and rumbled for a 53-yard score to put the finishing touches on the game.

Chapman had 75-yards rushing on 23 carries in the contest.
