Columbus police have charged two suspects in a series of armed robberies involving “what appeared to be an assault type rifle,” officers said late Saturday.

The two in custody are Timothy Keith Gardner, 24, and Laquante Kashieem Harviley, 23, police said.

Investigators said they now are hunting for Joshua Michael Hooks, 22, and Dewon Obyrane Neal, 27.

They said Hooks and Neal should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on the suspects may call detectives at 706-653-3400.
