A routine patrol through Forrest Road and Floyd Road led an officer to witness a man allegedly selling marijuana in the parking lot of Lucky Food Mart Tuesday, according to a Columbus Police report.

The officer was driving near the 2026 Floyd Road store at about 4:30 p.m., when he noticed a man who seemed to be making a hand-to-hand transaction out of the window of his red Honda.

After taking 31-year-old Andre Robinson into custody, the officer searched the vehicle and found 4.3 grams of marijuana, a black digital scale and numerous baggies.

Robinson is charged with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug related objects and loitering. He was transported to Muscogee County Jail.
