Attempting to ditch a woman's friend became dangerous for a 54-year-old man Wednesday after the friend allegedly assaulted him with a car seat, according to a Columbus Police report.

The evening began when the man allowed the woman to borrow his SUV to pick up a friend of hers. After hanging out until about 2 a.m., at a 3919 Baker Plaza Drive apartment complex, the man let the first woman know he was ready to go.

She was irate that he wanted to leave her friend behind, but he told her "it wasn't his problem," according to the report. At that point, the woman started slamming his SUV's door repeatedly. When he tried to push her away, the woman's friend came from behind and hit him in the head with the car seat, causing a laceration.

Police were unable to locate the women, and no description was given in the report.
