Calvin Johnson questionable vs. Giants

The Sports NetworkDecember 20, 2013

Allen Park, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.

Johnson, who is dealing with a knee injury that caused him to miss one game earlier this season, has caught 81 passes for 1,449 yards and 12 touchdowns in 13 games this season.

Cornerbacks Chris Houston (toe) and Rashean Mathis (illness) and linebacker DeAndre Levy (foot) are also questionable.

Tight end Brandon Pettigrew was officially ruled out with a sprained left ankle, and the Lions are likely going to be without cornerback Darius Slay on Sunday as well. He's been listed as doubtful as he continues to recover from arthroscopic knee surgery.

Detroit enters Sunday's contest one game behind Chicago for first place in the NFC North with two to play. The Lions have lost two straight and four of their last five outings.
