The alleged accomplices of the woman killed Tuesday in the attempted burglary of Courtesy Shuttle face charges of felony murder for their part in the shooting, police said today.

Detectives said they have captured Xavius Donnell Table, who’s charged with felony murder in the death of suspected burglar Achievia Upshaw.

Her alleged accomplice Deaisa Ransom has been released from the hospital and likewise charged with felony murder in Upshaw’s death, investigators said.

Police said the trio broke into Courtesy Shuttle, 5870 Veterans Parkway, Suite H1, where business owner Kenneth Hayes shot and killed Upshaw and wounded Ransom.

Both women were shot near the business' front door.

Police Lt. John McMichael said the shooter, a part-owner of the business with his fiancee, was inside sleeping when he "heard the crash of the glass breaking" and confronted the pair.

Someone threw a large object through the front door of the building. Police responded around 6:30 a.m. after the fiancée called 911, police said.
