About 200 women turned out Saturday for Columbus Regional Health's Mind Body and Spirit Retreat for Women at CSU's Cunningham Center.

The annual event, titled "The Balancing Act: Finding Health and Happiness in Your World," included workshops on topics such as social media, genealogy, nutrition, history, time management and flower arranging.

The keynote address was given by Jane Jenkins Herlong, motivational speaker and author of the book "Bury Me with My Pearls," among others.
