Louis Hernandez

Police charged a 27-year-old man with unlawful conduct during a 911 call after the man claimed that someone had murdered him inside the Veterans Parkway Starship, according to a Columbus Police report.

Officers responded to the 4402 Veterans Parkway store shortly after midnight and began searching for Louis Hernandez, who police noted was "obviously not dead." When they found him, Hernandez told officers he drank a six pack of beer earlier that evening. He was uninjured and not in immediate peril.

Hernandez was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
