Robber allegedly snatches 65-year-old woman's phone during 911 call

When a 65-year-old woman tried to call police during a robbery, the suspect allegedly snatched the Cricket cell phone from her hand, according to a Columbus Police report.

The woman was on the 1300 block of Fort Benning Road at about 2:30 p.m., when the robbery reportedly occurred.

Police are searching for suspect 58-year-old Lamar Holsey. He is described as a 5-foot-11 man who weighs about 138 pounds. He was allegedly wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.
