Taylor Jakes scored 19 points to lead Northside to a Region 1-AAAAA win over Bainbridge, 52-41, on Friday night.

Jasmine Herndon added 12 for the Lady Patriots, who are undefeated in region play.

Longesha Emanuel led Bainbridge with 12 points.

GAMES POSTPONED

The weather continiued to play havoc with the high school basketball schedule on Friday.

The Troup at Columbus and Carver at Henry County games were postponed. Both will be made up Thursday.

Meanwhile, games that were postponed on Tuesday have been rescheduled with the exception of the Kendrick at Jordan games.

• Central-Talbotton will play at Pacelli Saturday.

• Fayette County will play at Columbus on Monday.

• Harris County will play at Hardaway on Monday.

• Brookstone will play at Greenville on Wednesday.

• Shaw will play at Sandy Creek on Wednesday.
