The Phenix City Council meets at 9 a.m. EST Tuesday in the city council chambers in the Public Safety Building, 1111 Broad St. The council has its work session at 3 p.m. Monday in the third-floor conference room in the Municipal Building.

RESOLUTIONS

Resolution to be ratified in reference to granting an easement to Alabama Power Co. for power line relocation in Lakewood Park.

Resolution in reference to renaming a portion of 10th Street to William Boddie Street.

Resolution in reference to authorizing a pledge of $4,000 in in-kind services, equipment use, and volunteer time for a Five Star Restoration Program to address water quality and overall health of the Mill Creek Watershed.

Police Department

Resolution in reference to purchasing seven 2014 Dodge Chargers from Opelika Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a total purchase price of $156,121.

The Downtown Redevelopment Authority - Two openings.

The Zoning Adjustment and Appeals Board - Two openings.

LICENSE APPLICATIONS

Application for an on premise beer license, an on premise whiskey/wine license, billiard or pool room license, dancing with a live band License, and a dancing with a juke box license submitted by Michael J.
