Woman allegedly punched while attempting to call police

While attempting to reach out to police, a 41-year-old Farr Road woman was punched Wednesday, according to a Columbus Police report.

The battery allegedly happened at about 1 p.m., in Parkwood Mobile Home Park. The woman had a swollen nose when police arrived.

No description of the suspect was available. Anyone with more information should contact Investigative Services at 706-653-3400.
