MANCHESTER, Ga. -- Trey Thomas led Jordan with 18 points in a 50-42 win over Bowdon in the boys Region 5-AA quarterfinals. With the win Jordan clinches a state playoff berth.

Jordan will play Manchester in the semifinals on Monday at Kendrick.

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. -- Matthew Richardson scored 23 points to lead Northside to a win over Lee County in the Region 1-AAAAA semifinals.

Aaron May had 31 points for Lee County and led all scorers.

Northside is No. 2 seed in region, Lee County No. 3. Both teams have already clinched state playoff berth. Northside clinches a home game and a berth in Monday's championship game against the Bainbridge-Hardaway winner. Lee County will be on the road for first game of state playoffs and will play in Monday's consolation game against the Bainbridge-Hardaway loser.
